The artist booth fee of $150.00 includes one 10'x10' canopy booth, one 6' table, and one chair. The artist also agrees to pay Pasadena Waldorf School 10% of his/her gross sales for the day of April 25th, 2009 at the PWS Festival of Art, to be calculated and paid at the Check Out Table prior to the artist's departure from the PWS campus on April 25th, 2009. The artist is responsible for receiving all payments from the customer and for paying any applicable sales tax. Each artist will be provided with a Receipt Log by Pasadena Waldorf School for the purpose of keeping an accurate record of gross sales for the day. The artist agrees to bring the completed Receipt Log, along with copies of receipts as back up, to the Check Out Table before departing. 10% of the artist's gross sales will be calculated at that time and is due and payable immediately either by check made out to Pasadena Waldorf School or cash. The artist recognizes and understands that this is a family event. Pasadena Waldorf School retains the right of approval to display and/or sell any or all items on our campus.
